About Me

Zhanna is a successful Manager and Real Estate Broker with a proven track record. She has more than 17 years of industry experience in various marketplaces in the Middle East and globally.

Her career in real estate began in 2007 in Dubai, where she worked for one of the largest real estate agencies. Since 2015, Zhanna furthered her career by entering the real estate market in Doha. Having gained experience in the field, Zhanna has established her own company and built a successful brokerage business employing 25 professionals.

Zhanna is the founder of The Loft Bureau Real Estate in Doha, Qatar. Under her wise management, the company has witnessed year-on-year growth in terms of staff, the number of listings, and closed deals. In 2021 and 2022 Company won 4 Property Finder Awards, the #1 market portal for the real estate industry in Qatar.
The Loft Bureau Real Estate received trophies in ‘The Best Luxury Brokerage’ and ‘ The Best Property Video’ categories. Also, the Property Finder Awards Committee attributed TLB to the Platinum Tier.

Zhanna is a leader with an exceptional ability to create, maintain, and enhance client relationships, and manage multiple projects at the same time and she knows how to achieve results. Her clients like her professional attitude and rely on her knowledge of real estate and various real estate markets.

Due to her proven strength and compassion, Zhanna has been entrusted with overseeing not only Qatar and Oman Sotheby’s International Realty but also Turkey Sotheby’s International Realty. She now serves as the Country Manager for all three regions.

In addition to her passion for luxury real estate, Zhanna’s other interests include Yoga, mountain skiing, arts, and international travel. She is a loving wife and happy mom of 3 kids and the reason why she excels in this field, she knows what the clients want because she knows the true definition of Home.
